what about the last four don't you get as a group? If you're thinking that they don't necessarily suggest toys, that's mostly due to the fact that the project isn't just about toys (I think that's overdone) and is addressing other things as well like magazines and other objects (for example, all of the candy that has been reappropriated sexually)
yeah diptychs count as one, it's all departmental so if it's a recognizable practice it's fair game. The thing with diptychs though is that if you need a detail shot it has to be a new image. thus why i only picked one of the two lickin' laurens ...
